[Solved] The default fonts
« on: September 29, 2016, 05:00:55 AM »
Hello.
I'm using "wattOS Microwatt Edition".
Applications → Settings → to set the look and field → the default fonts
Family (F)
Preview of "Noto Sans CJK JP" & "Noto Sans Mono CJK JP" is displayed as "□□□□□□□□".
Is there a way to improve?
Thank you.

pure,

I just installed them to see how they would work on my copy of Microwatt 64bit, and they're working with no issues for me.

I installed -->  fonts-noto-cjk

I tried them out on Leafpad and Abiword with no problem. They also rendered properly system-wide when I set them as the default font too.

So, I'm not sure what the problem could be. Perhaps someone else will be able to help you. Sorry.

user $ sudo apt-get install fonts-noto-cjk
