Welcome to wattOS.

You might need to clarify your question to get a useful answer from someone who knows.
Do you want to change only the DE of microwatt to LXDE and keep all the apps, etc the same, so it would still be microwatt (sort of) OR do you want to move from microwatt to R8-LXDE without losing work you've done ?

I expect someone will be able to give you a lead on your change.

Hi Teejay,

thanks for the reply, yeah, just the lxde desktop. What I'm actually looking for is to add a start menu. Gnome start menu will be fine if you can teach me how to enable it.

and a quick question, where can i find for "show desktop" button, it seems that panel2 is disabled by default, im looking for a way to put a button or at least key bind "windows key + m" to minimize all the window.

wattos so far is the fastest linux distro i've ever used. pupply linux is light weight as well but kinda messy.

Thanks for the help.

Figured out the show desktop, it was simply "Super Key + D" which was native with openbox. just need the lxde desktop or to enable Gnome Menu.

Thanks

Plenty of smarts hereabouts !    Glad you got your result.
Do we get to see a pic in the "artwork" forum ?
