Title: Desktop manager and start bar

Hi newfag here. I recently installed r9 32 bit on my dell inspirion. It appears that the desktop manager is not active and also my start bar only has the system tray and stats for wifi/date and time. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Which wattOS version did you installl? LXDE or the microwatt with i3 as wm?
