The letter of some windows has a problem in MATE version

BALLOON a.k.a. Fu-sen.:
I confirmed that indication had a problem with some windows in MATE version.
For example, Trasmission corresponds to this.

A black letter is originally displayed by some application white in this way.

You can improve this problem by the following method.
System - Preferences - Appearance


set some Theme


Or choose Customize...
choose Control except Menta.
