New forum coming...there will be a link at the top called "New Forum" - I will keep the old forum up also for a good while...Its sensible since we have moved to Debian also. It will require an account setup to post in it, but it will be open for anyone to join...this will be a transition over time..so be patient as we get it setup..Just want to have as many people as possible have a voice and be able to ask questions and discuss wattOS :)
Hello all. I'm using linux wattos since a moment. in a progression from r5 to r9. And I still just have good words for WATTOS Thank you Biff and all the marvelous collaboration of so many, Leenie and all my friends here. And it is 2016 I use a computer 2005. A good way to recycle. Don't let workable machine just go for metal scrap. make it work like you never seen your pc go. Have fun ! All the best, All the best All the best.
OK, running the i386 version of Saline OS from a USB drive (typing this from it as I write) and first impression is good. Must do a little testing on it's performance on this lappy (HP Pavilion dv6700).
One note ... I had to add "wlan0" via preferences in wicd to get the wireless network connected.

Well, Chris ... with a write-up like that I'll have to give Saline a look-see. Now, where's that spare USB drive I have sitting around?
Chris, are you using the i386 version or the amd64 version of Saline?
