Does anyone know of a reliable free VPN Service?

I want to register on the Debian forums but they use damn IP Blocking filters and all the VPNs I've tried are also blacklisted.

Yes, by the services of Spamhaus etc.

Sorry for being a bit off-topic, but I really do not have a clue about any VPN service. Perhaps Google knows. But at the least I learned about Spamhaus.

If you can register me on Debian, let me know by Private Message as it seems to be the only way to get around this.

The IP address provided by my Internet Service Provider is a shared IP address and has been black listed.

I want to post the same topics regarding the mixture of languages I am seeing on some of the applications. Perhaps the source of the problem is upstream with Debian.

Lots of ways to get around this...one easy way is Tor.

Its meant for a lot more than that, but it will likely help

Already tried it and Tor is Blacklisted also Biff. 

However, I think I have solved the translation problems for one of the packages and hopefully the same technique can be applied to the others.

Good to hear that you are making progress. If possible you might want to share your fix  in the other thread in case sombody else have the same problem.
