Installed SpaceFM to WattLXDE, it ended up under System Tools in the menu. SpaceFM file search ended up under Accessories.

Can you drag and drop them to your trash can? Or maybe copy them to your trash and then delete them on your external drive?

Are you sure you have typed the right password ? No caps lock on ? And what other programs is not working that you mention ? If you really want help you have to be more precise.

Debian Reference, a massive user guide.

The debian Administrators Handbook, equally massive.

When solved, please edit your first post. Why it took so long? Well I can only answer for myself and say that I did not understand what you meant by "login script". But glad to hear that you have figured it out.  :)

If your problem is solved, please edit first post. Below are two links to articles about source code, I do not know how relevant they are, I have not read them.   ;) If you want to pursue a discussion about it, please consider to start a new thread in the Linux and desktop section, or maybe wattOS Talk section of the forum. The support section is not a good place for general discussions. Threads get buried there among many others rather quickly.  :)

wattOS R7.5 and 7.0 / Re: Watt os 7.5- mate freezes after upgrading
« on: July 07, 2014, 01:58:22 PM »
Sorry for being a little bit off topic, but I think my question might have relevance. I just read the release announcement for wattOS - 7.5 here;

http://www.planetwatt.com/blogs/1/18/watt-os-r7-5-released

There it says that it is based on Ubuntu 13.04, op claim his install are/were 13.10. Have he upgraded to 13.10, or is it a typo in the release announcement?

Here is a link to a How To... with a good description of what to think about when asking for help. It is quite a heavy read, but it is really good. Enjoy  :)

wattOS R7.5 and 7.0 / Re: Watt os 7.5- mate freezes after upgrading

I do not run 7.5, but if you want help it would help if you provided some information about what hardware you have.  Maybe dig up a boot log.

Guess it was very slow with xp. There is always the option to put more ram in the machine, if you could just double it to 1gb it would run really well. But it would probably run fine with just the 512mb, one just have to pay a little attention and not have too much going on at the same time.

Yes, it is quite smooth, looking forward to see how it turns out in the near future. It has a couple of rough edges though, in my opinion. But it is still early Debian day. Anyway most of it easily tweaked.  :)
