Hey everyone - new here.
Just wanted to say that I love the OS and how lightweight/barebones it is, but I've encountered some issues that keep me from using it as my primary OS.
Even though I don't have an ancient machine (Thinkpad T440s), I always enjoyed the lightweight distros without all the BS - they are just so fluent and serve what computing means for me.
Anyways, I have 2 issues - first one is related to an error I get every time I log into the user or boot up my laptop - I've added a screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/0Mk2u
Secondly, I can't seem to be adding any repositories or install anything on the system from terminal - encountering stuff like this: https://imgur.com/a/gRaSR
Seems that certain directories do not exist - also when going to package manager I encounter something like this: https://imgur.com/a/9YYqp
Is this normal or am I missing something - perhaps a corrupt install?
Oh and also - as a less relevant issue, I cannot seem to mass-highlight files, for example when I want to choose 10 pictures from a folder, I cant just hold and drag my mouse over all of them to get them highlighted, but rather need to CTRL-click and select all individually.
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

1. Report the problem. 2. If the repository is outdated it's not a good idea to add it. Find one that is up to date. 3. You added an old repository, and that's what is giving you that error message (or possibly you did not update first).
It's always a good idea to make sure everything is up to date before installing anything. Open terminal and do: "sudo apt-get update" without quotes, then do then do "sudo apt-get upgrade" again without quotes. Then open synaptic and install your program. I am assuming you are using wattOS not microwatt.
